Comes crumpled up best for scrapbooking and stamping
When I first opened it the vinyl was bent and wouldn't straighten. I was so angry because I had orders for this vinyl. But I gave him a magazine and he flattened out of the mat and cut very well. My customers love it. UPDATE: Just flattened a bit. The rest stayed bent. And I tried to use another one and it messed up my whole design because it was crumpled and I had to refund the order because the customer wanted that vinyl.
