Pet door arrived damaged, front panel bent! NO transport damage, box was damaged! Revain quickly supplied a new door and this time it was in good condition. I installed a new door and it works GREAT and our dog couldn't be happier. It took him about 3 days to get the hang of it and now he's in and out many times a day, and not just for his own business. As soon as I posted my first one star review, Baboni, the manufacturer of the door, contacted me and apologized. I was told that they put shipping supports on all corners of the door and provided me with a photo of it. As an engineer, I believe this will eliminate rough handling and shipping damage in the future.
