It works alright, the install was flawless (you don't need to order any additional hardware, contrary to what others say!), but there is one problem. The wiring is reversed, so down is up, and up is down. It's an extremely easy fix for anyone who can switch two wires, but anyone else might want to go with something like AC Delco. It's definitely noisier than the original, but no louder than most window motors. All in all for the price it's a great value and I wouldn't hesitate to order more for other windows in my truck if they need it. If I can remember to I'll update this review later in the yea I will.
