Key broke off in deadbolt

These were not easy to install. They look nice. The lock for the bottom handle does not lock and unlock smoothly. The deadbolt was hard to use. The first use of trying to lock the deadbolt with the key and the key broke off and stuck inside the deadbolt! The broken key is stuck inside the deadbolt had to be taken off and replaced with another brand.

Pros
  • Easy to install and use. Got because my wife can not turn around knobs. She loves these.
Cons
  • It was easy to install. It looks attractive. However, one of the handles is defective.
