It's a good lock but the door handle part is missing a small peice cover metal and there is no way to make the door lock key part the same direction as the deadbolt

The set I bought looks nice. As what was stated by another user it is made cheap and doesn't last. I found that the spring in the handle wears out and the handle stops returning to its center. Buy a reputable name brand and you shouldn't have the problems me and many other users are having. Btw it's only been installed for less then 2 months

These were not easy to install. They look nice. The lock for the bottom handle does not lock and unlock smoothly. The deadbolt was hard to use. The first use of trying to lock the deadbolt with the key and the key broke off and stuck inside the deadbolt! The broken key is stuck inside the deadbolt had to be taken off and replaced with another brand.

After installing I tried locking the lock on the handle… and it just spins. Should have installed it when I received it, but I waited.

Works good but had to modify it. The inner mechanisms didn't line up with my current door drill spacing. So I had to use my old mechanisms and put the new handle and lock on that. Converted nicely tho.

This says that the locks are keyed the same which is not quite true. The deadbolts have the same key and the door knobs have the key - however the keys for the deadbolts are different keys than the one the door knobs. This will require you to use two different keys if you want to lock both. They are not able to be re-keyed to match.

Door handles fall off easy. Now the one on my front door is broken. Wish I had known this when I ordered. Pays to look at reviews before purchasing.

Very pretty and convenient. I got 2 sets both keyed the same. The only problem I had was that one of the handles had a stiff lock and I couldn't get the key out easily. A shot of WD 40 right into the keyhole fixed that.

Poor Directions on install. Keys are not in sync for handle lock and dead bolt. Otherwise it looks good . Thanks for attention.

My husband installed this and it took some time as it was not easy, then after doing so we found out that it won't lock! Tired of China crap, going to go to my hardware store and get something made in US. This looks very cheap and flimsy!

Did not install these door handles when I first got them[ my mistake] it was over a month later after about two weeks of use one of the three is not working right it is very loose inside like its worn out already. can not lock it hard to even open the door. My return date has expired of course but I wrote the dealer to try to get some help but did not hear back. This is the frist time I have ever done a review but thought you should know these are not made well. They seemed to be a good deal…

We changed all the ordinary round knobs for these lever style knobs for ease of use. Our former home had the lever style handles and we didn’t realize how handy they were until we had to live without them again. It’s much easier to simply push the handle down than it is to grip and turn a round knob, especially if you are holding something in that hand.

Feels like it is going to fall apart when installed. Lock mechanism is really loose and feels like it's going to break at any minute I'm stuck with it for now until I get back to a hardware store I'll just buy a name brand this is junk beware

I wanted to change all my doors knobs in my house from door knobs to door levers. These is just what I needed, easy to install, feels solid, looks are absolutely beautiful.

Would give negative stars if I could these locks are terrible the handle part where the screw goes in rod breaks and turn with the screws, you can’ Tighten or loosen them, and so far i’ve Had 2 of the dead bolt break off inside, I had to pry off the inside metal rod to even get the doors open, though maybe it was me so we had a contractor install one he striped out the metal rod, he said they were junk, he didn’t even try the deadbolt

I will be replacing these eventually. To lock the dead bolt you have to turn the key just over half a turn backwards to get your key out of the lock. Wast of money wouldn’t buy again.
