Review on Paragon Solutions by Bishnu Bush

I can not think of anything at this time that I dislike about our relationship with this EIM team leader/manager and her staff. They are always friendly, helpful, understanding, and professional. If there was anything I disliked, I am sure it would be my own doing for not asking enough questions. We have used them for over 10 years now and we could never find another EIM firm as good as them. They give us one place to refer all of our customers to, so that everyone gets the same level of service they deserve. 1) I like how easy it was for me as an individual user, without having IT support or anyone else at my disposal (and only using simple tools), i could fix issues with our web applications2). The customer service - they were always helpful3); we got immediate responses back4). We used their services mainly because of point 2 above5). They offered many different options about pricing plans6); some people are more technical than others while working through problems7.).
