Addendum: wheel broken. Wanted to fall in love but no

Update July 2019: One of the wheels broke, a first for me in an office or gaming chair. The wheels are linked together so that there are two of them on each span of the base. The metal piece that connects the two wheels is fine, but the plastic that the metal piece is inserted into is broken. First review: It replaced a regular office chair and I had high hopes that it would be much more comfortable than a regular chair. . So my experience hasn't been good, sitting in it is pretty unforgiving, it's adjustable as advertised, but sitting in it is just plain uncomfortable. Sometimes I like tucking a leg under me and it hurts, so no way. The armrests are well adjustable, but the actual surface you rest your hands on is pretty short. I know this might be good for some, but it's like sitting in a stadium with one of those butt pads. For $600 I couldn't be happier with the purchase, it was possibly the worst money I've ever spent.
