Assembly was a problem. One of the screws on the back of the chair was almost tight when trying to screw it in with the Allen key provided. If I didn't have my own ratcheting hex wrench I wouldn't use it without this torque. Even a bit of work is attempted with each bolt to minimize misaligned bushings that allow for smooth bolt entry.
