They fit my 15 month old perfectly. she is a small child I ordered 1t. They are generally too big for her, but the elastic on the legs is perfect. Everything is big, that's to be expected. She had an accident in it and we were able to wash her without a puddle on the floor. I immediately ordered a second set of these. The patterns are cute and they are well made. Much better than the ones you find in stores.
