We bought 2 lockout kits from the same brand, returned them and now have to retest our house as those tests failed. They are not lab tested or listed, so damage caused by them is not covered by insurance (and they are untested). Make sure you research the seller if you buy them, lesson for me. Even when I went to return, I found that the information about the company was partially fabricated and located abroad. If my house burns down, I very much doubt Amazon will pay for a new one. It's amazing that such a small device could potentially wreak havoc in my home and I won't be able to call for help. Research and buy from suppliers that offer lab tested and certified products.
