Review on 🎧 Sennheiser SC 135 USB (508316) - Monaural Headset for Business Professionals with HD Stereo Sound, Noise-Canceling Microphone, USB Connector - Black by Michele Arora

I use it for working from home as an online sales rep. I wear it almost 8 hours a day. It's much more comfortable than the cheaper headset I got at work and the gaming headset I paid over $100 for. I like the single earbud and headband. It's not as tight as I'm used to. I don't know if that could be a problem for small heads. I am using 3CX for Windows. The button on the cord is convenient to answer a call. The sound is great. Because it's the only ear-style background noise that doesn't decrease. Most of the time this is not a problem for me. I needed a little help from our IT department to get the button working after installing the headset and EPOS software. I'm not sure what settings they needed to tweak in 3CX. It didn't take long for him to figure it out, and this is the company's first EPOS headset I've seen. I haven't had any issues with customers trying to listen to me, so I'm assuming the mic is working fine. I can position it so it doesn't obstruct my view, even when working from the side where I'm wearing the mic. It rotates so it can be used on either ear. I don't feel the need to change often because it's so convenient.
