I had heard of an online retailer that specializes in cosmetics and personal care products called Yokilly in the past, and I couldn't wait to give them a shot. My expectations were really high for the hand and nail care products, as well as the nail art and paint that they had available. It was unacceptable that they did not provide enough quality or customer service for a store that specializes in cosmetics and personal care products. I would never recommend this store to anyone, and I would advise anyone looking for a place to satisfy their beauty needs to find elsewhere.
