Takes a long time, but works
At first we were skeptical. As another reviewer said, we hooked it up to our work car and confirmed that it works. For those who say it doesn't work on a dead battery, it absolutely works. You have to jump in the car first for something to flow through the battery. Immediately after turning off the car, when you plug it in, it starts charging, albeit very slowly. It took more than 14 hours to reach a constant 25% flicker level.
