Review on Dow TW30 100HR Rejection Replacement 1812 by Sierra Stewart

I only bought this a month ago and since then the TDS ppm meter has consistently climbed higher than my previous 50 gpd membrane which I've been using it for 5 years now. and the TDS ppm of the old membrane at 150 seconds was lower than that of this membrane which is 200 ppm. I then changed all the other filters as well, hoping that the PPM (tap water in the city is around 300ppm) would drop significantly, but NOT quite. I thought some reviews rated it high and it's made in the USA not China so I bought it. However, he was very disappointed and unfortunately I cannot return or exchange it as it has been 30 days and Revain and the seller have not responded to my emails or calls regarding the exchange. Waste of my $35 on this membrane and my other $30 filters and installation time!
