The system was easy to use, I could not find anything negative about it so far! We are currently reviewing feedback from clients who used Single Comm as their communications tool during recent events such as COVID-19. They feel that they have received great service and that the platform has been an excellent way to communicate with them. While we cannot comment directly regarding this issue since there hasn't been any complaints yet, we can say that communication channels were greatly improved by using this software. I like how easy it was to set up, and I love that we can customize all of our scripts to fit our needs. The only thing I dislike about single comm is that the phone system isn't as good as the web interface. I wish I could do everything through the website. It's very helpful because it makes it easier to track calls. I also use this to make sure my team members are doing their jobs correctly.
