Destroyed my BRAND NEW 2019 Toyota Tacoma paint at 1000 miles.

This product damaged my paintwork the first time I used it. I bought a new bucket and bottle of soap along with this brush and somehow my new setup looks awful within 10 feet. I've never seen a car wash scratch my last black stool from 2014. USE A CAR WASH BEFORE USING THIS BRUSH. Not enough fibers to create a barrier between the car and the brush head. I had to fold the fibers in half and hold them by constantly pressing the brush head against the machine. Every scratch you see in the photos is from a brush.
