My voice doesn't sound very good on most headsets so I decided to give it a try when I saw reviews praising the mic. I sound great! The incoming audio is also very clear/rich. This is the most solid one-ear headset I've ever used; The overall build quality feels durable. Also ordered a Leitner Quick Disconnect to USB Connector Cord with Call Control which works great when paired with a headset for desktop calls. Excellent input/output signal fidelity is assured in this multi-channel setup. The only thing that worries me is the size of the headband - it doesn't reach up to (or close to) my other ear. It's not as tight as I'd like, but it still fits.
