Broke 2 weeks after paper jam. They have started printing white streaks/streaks and there is no way to get rid of them. Paper jams often and the printer is slow on almost everything. Slow start, slow press, push button and wait and wait again. Has asked Canon for support several times; They only have auto answer for this model and when I say I have this printer Canon immediately drops the call and auto hangs up every time I call. Returned to Revan. Instead I got a Canon MegaTank and became a lot happier.
