I read most of the reviews before buying this thread. It appears that this set has been sold under different brand names over the years. Let's face it, it all comes from the same factory in China no matter the brand. My kit was Embroidex and came with a double sided color chart that I laminated. As it turns out, the color chart is useless, not because it's too small like others have said, but because the color representations don't even come close to matching the actual yarn color. And it's also not organized in any way, making it almost impossible to use. As for the conversion table. Forget it. I saw someone post their comments in the comments about 10 years ago. It was very useful, but is now obsolete. I am in the process of creating my own. What's really funny is that the manufacturer doesn't include a conversion table. I used to buy smaller Embroidex kits and they came on a black spool. They come on a clear plastic spool which is great as you can use a marker to write the color name/number on the bottom. The sticker on the top has a very small print and will eventually peel off or get damaged. The thread is easy to tie - you can easily find the end and untangle it without tools. I'm using a Brother SE625 and haven't had any problems with this thread. I will buy again when this set runs out.
