Immediately after unpacking I had problems with the initial setup. I could not enter the TV code. After about 30 minutes of reading and re-reading the instructions, following the steps over and over again without success, I almost gave up. But there is one more thing I thought I should try out out of curiosity. I replaced the batteries even though the batteries that came with it were said to be new. After that, the product works as expected. Otherwise I had no problems. Now I can turn off the annoying ads and the device will automatically unmute me. Well!
