Review on LG 34GL750-B Ultragear 34 Inch UltraWide Screen, Curved, Height Adjustable, 144Hz, Adaptive Sync by Dave Barrett

So I upgraded my gaming desktop with a new GPU (RTX Geforce 2070 Super) and while I already had a very good LG widescreen monitor, it was only 60Hz and had significant screen tearing in games etc even with one new graphics card. The LG 34GL750-B turned out to be a good choice for an upgrade! Not only was it very good value for a 34-inch, 144Hz widescreen display, but the G-Sync compatibility feature was also a deciding factor. This monitor has features typically found in much more expensive devices. For gaming, this monitor was excellent. I'm not exaggerating. when I say there is NO screen tearing, even in an intense graphical first person shooter like Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2019. Thanks to the monitor, it's the smoothest gaming experience I've ever had with a PC game. I had a 144hz monitor and it makes a difference! Very sharp images and the 1ms blur reduction works very, very well. I've had several LG monitors in the past, I'm used to the controls and they are simple and easy easy to use and provide just enough basic functionality to properly customize your display to your needs. While the 34GL750-B isn't a true G-Sync monitor, the compatibility mode provides a significant visual improvement, especially when gaming. You definitely notice the difference. y I really had to crank up the brightness, but once I adjusted the settings it wasn't a problem. That was really the only negative review I could find. All in all, you can't beat this monitor for the money and I look forward to many years of great gaming fun!
