Overall I like the look of the product. The frame and back are well made and it looks great on a stand. My problems: 1. The oil based ink used in the recommended pens pierced the heart. Painting the heart helps (I tried beige and white paint). The extra fine sharpie tip seems to work well on unpainted and painted hearts. I have no idea how a drawn heart or words written with a felt pen will stand the test of time. 2. The hole I need is too small. Sits too close to the glass. The other hole is big enough, but unfortunately I won't be able to use it. I'm going to do this since my wedding is in a week and I've drawn some hearts but you know
