Review on TECO 🔧 20402PL Machinist T-Slot Components by Todd Look

, I just received this kit yesterday, looked at it but did not use it. This set fits perfectly into the 5/8" slots of my RongFu Grizzly G1007 Round Column Mill. The finish is a bit rough but only visually, all threads run clean and all work surfaces are even. T-slot anchors are not trimmed to full length which is right.no screws to over tighten.Made in the USA from powdered metal, the stepped blocks look clean and even.They have slightly sharp burrs on the sides where the molds have separated. It's not on the work surfaces, but I'll probably tap it with a grinder for my fingers. They're just as accurate in size as my cheap digital calipers - 0.000" difference from one set to the next. The plastic holder is made in Taiwan. It... looks like it would work well as a bench organizer but I won't be hanging it on the wall Screws don't rust, clean and well greased Step blocks k Could use some oil but still won't rust. It's a great middle ground between Chinese junk and premium prices. Not as pretty, but smoothly functional.
