I like that it can be used with multiple printers to give an accurate estimate of how much material will go through each printer in my organization without me having too many different spreadsheets open at once (or trying out one spreadsheet after another). The program sometimes freezes or crashes when using certain functions such as selecting colors from color swatches so you have to close windows then reopen them again which slows down your work flow even more than usual! Make sure this works well before buying because if something goes wrong we are stuck waiting until they make updates available - not ideal business practice!! We're able get better pricing by knowing what our cost per piece actually was instead guessing blindly off past costs.
