Cool Idea, Lacking Quality

This product is very modular. We love the idea of it and the storage space it provides. *However, it has a lot of issues.*The assembly is fairly simple in theory, but getting the panels to slide into the corner pieces often proved very difficult. There were two times during assembly that a piece got bent or broken because it could not stand up to the pressure required to snap it into place.Conversely, after assembly, the panels seemed to come out of place VERY easily. If you lean on it wrong or put too much weight on it, the panels will simply pop out of the corners, leading to shelf failure and big messes. (We are seeing these failures when the shelf has far less than 22 pounds on it.) Additionally, when one fails, it starts a chain reaction as the cube structure leans into the failed corner, causing more panels to pop out.Another thing we were excited about was the advertised ability to hang clothes in it. There have been problems with this as well. The depth of the cubes are just barely wider than a standard hanger, meaning that if the width of the shirt or dress on the hanger sticks out past the hanger at all, the doors will not close all the way. And on top of that, with the little provided hanging bar fully loaded with clothes, we have noticed that the panels it hangs on are starting to bend and give under the weight. That was disappointing.Lastly, the door panels are just a little too tall, meaning that they overlap and run into each other. That gets annoying.
