UPDATE: I have to applaud Langria for their outstanding customer service. After hearing about my issues, a service rep emailed me and offered their assistance. They were able to mail my missing parts & it came so fast, even though it was coming from China. I received everything I was missing and was able to complete my set. I'm so happy. Even though I was refunded for a portion of my purchase (by Best Buy) Langria still offered to send my parts. I truly appreciated this. Thank you very much!PAST REVIEW: If it weren't for some issues I experienced with my purchase, I honestly would have given this product 5 stars. Firstly, The first order I placed of this item, did not arrive at all. Now, I did get a refund & was able to place another order, but the lost time was an inconvenience. Best Buy customer service was able to help me resolve my problem, which was great.Secondly, The second order I placed was for a 20 cube unit & only received enough assembly parts to complete 18 cube units. Those 4 cubes may not seem like much, but for what I intended this product for, it makes a difference for me.Thirdly, I contacted the seller with my issue, & asked for a replacement of the missing parts so that I could complete the set. And while they were very speedy in replying to my concerns, they did not fulfill my request. They seemed to just explain what I had already explained, back to me. So again, I contacted Best Buy customer service & as they did not have the necessary product just lying around, they just issued me a refund of %20 of the product's price. Which was $11 of the &56 I payed. If it hadn't been for the great Best Buy support team, I don't know that I would have received any compensation at all.Anyhow, the item itself is pretty great. I really do love it! It supports a good deal of weight, like heavy sweaters and didn't take too long to construct. It took me about 45 mins to an hour to complete. The look is very nice as well. The only issue that I'm experiencing is with the doors. It's irritating that some of them do not close completely & the little magnets that come with them don't seem to help in keeping them securely closed at all. Some of the doors were bent upon arrival, which may have been the issue.
