Very difficult to use. Will not be bought again

Difficult to use. The part you use to hold food so you can slide back and forth without getting your hands or fingers near the blade is too big and bulky. Actually it's really useless. Which in turn renders the mandolin slicer unusable. The julienne blade isn't as big as in the photo, which isn't that important. The real problem is that the 'holder' makes it impossible to use.

Pros
