So, I wish there were maybe some more guidance on Hemway's website on picking the right glitter, but it's kind of hard to photograph, so I'll tell you what I did and how it ended up and what I'd do differently.1. I added 2 bags of ultrafine gold/silver holographic glitter to half a galon of flat SW Impatients Petal to a concrete wall. Results: can’t see the sparkle unless the room is dark and there is a faint light from a far or direct light with flashlight. I bought the chunky to see the difference. I haven’t use it but seems a better size. Recommendation: paint the wall first and then add the glitter to paint. Once mixed, use a brush! I LOVE IT. I got the silver glitter and I mixed it with about 1/4 gallon of paint and I only used the glitter for the wall behind my head board, just to give it a little bit of "spice”. It’s stunning. I love it. Soo elegant and prettty the video doesn’t do it justice at all. I can’t capture it in photos or videos. It sparkles so well and I did not buff anything all I did was mix it with the paint and then paint the wall. Let it dry completely. 10/10 recommend.

This was so easy to use. I got the lavender microfine and it was beautiful! I eyeballed the amount of glitter completely and i used about half of it to paint a small bookshelf and a desk. First off LOVE, LOVE my glitter wall it’s beautiful! As for being easy between 1-10, 10 being the hardest I would give it at firm 6. I applied many coats but never in a straight line of that makes sense, I applied in a V type shape to avoid lines although I did end up with some it was hard to avoid, but not that big of a deal in the end. Used it for the cement floor around my inground pool.I painted the flooring a sand color, with this glitter. I wanted it to look like beach sand! This product didn't show much! I decided to add glitter from the craft store for the second coat! The 5 dollar glitter worked way better! It looks great and stayed put!

This glitter works wonders! I added one full bag to one quart of paint as instructed and my wall is a little bigger than 10x10. It adds way more sparkle than I thought it would and I’m very pleased with the way it turned out. Don’t skip the step about polishing/buffing the paint with buffing pads. That’s what brings out the shine! My last picture shows the wall half way polished so you can see the difference. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I tried to read a lot of the reviews here quite thoroughly, and used the tips (used a clear coat mixed with glitter versus in the paint, etc.,) and we just couldn’t get an "even” application. It goes on a lot differently with a roller versus a brush, but you have to use a brush to cut it.so it ends up quite obvious. I painted a dark blue wall and added the glitter for a little sparkle. The product is easy to use and mix with paint, however it doesn't "spread" evenly on wall. I see some glitter patches; it doesn't look bad on a dark blue wall but not sure how it would look on a lighter color wall/surface

I absolutely love this product. It works best for paint additive. Makes the numbers on the address curb that much more reflective and gives me tips from the customers like none other.Makes the customers feel like I did something that much more special just for them. I give it a 10!

I added this to gold metallic paint in order to give it a little more dimension and it sure did make everything pop! I thought I was only going to do the bottom half of one wall as an accent and ended up doing four walls because it just made everything low and wasn't too gaudy.

I had never done glitter in paint before and had reservations on how it would turn out. However, the rooms sparkle and look absolutely beautiful! You do have to quickly brush over all of the painted walls with a fine sandpaper in order to chip the paint off of the glitter in order for it to really sparkle. It is extra effort, but the payoff is worth it!
