I am using this bearing filament to replace the LM8UU bearings on my Prusa i3 3D printer. First, it printed perfectly with my print settings (extruder 240) and stuck at 100 degrees on a PET taped heatbed. I read somewhere that the filament has delamination issues, but I haven't experienced it at all. I like it as an alternative to camps. It is very abrasion resistant and it took a lot of effort to install the bushings with a needle file and an 8mm shank. It glides smoothly across the surface, and my prints show a noticeable reduction in artifacts caused by vibration. The bushings are supposed to run dry but I've found that there is an audible click with every change in direction, but a little Teflon grease every few presses solves the problem. The bushing material is abrasion resistant and has been unscientifically tested using an 8mm barbed rod and a hand drill to clean the bearings. After working for about 5 minutes with no noticeable improvement, I had to rip out the needle file to adjust it. I would try to print the bearings at a different scale, but at around $240/kg I don't want to waste them.
