Starter Kit: Very disappointed! We chose lavender/chamomile. Beautiful purple color but tiny droplets of oil appeared on the carpet after a few hours. Thought maybe I didn't put it in the holder properly. In the design, the wick protrudes from the hole below. It fills with oil and starts leaking. There is no drip pan or way to prevent too much oil from getting into the wick. At the bottom of the holder there are settings for more or less taste. We put the first one on the lowest setting and within 24 hours it was empty with an oil stain on the carpet. We tried another one and set it to the maximum amount of odor, which (surprise!) slowed the process but still didn't cure the leak. It's a great idea, just not well executed to be practical.
