I've always been a bit skeptical about cooking chicken breasts on the stove and have always ended up with really dry meat because I was worried it would be cooked through. Well this grill was a game changer for me. I now cook chicken with confidence and get perfectly moist, evenly cooked chicken breasts every time. I just marinate them how I want, throw them on the grill, close the lid and voila! Cleaning is as quick and easy as cooking. The same goes for hamburger patties, although I prefer to cook fish in the oven or on the stovetop. I tried it twice and even with the oil the fish was flaking and stuck to the grill. The ideal product for simple grilling.
