Review on Sak Alameda Crossbody Cross Black Women's Handbags & Wallets: Sleek Style and Practicality for Crossbody Enthusiasts by Sarah Jones

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice though. good for women

This is my first "real" handbag, ie my first expensive (for me) leather bag. I had high expectations and did a lot of research before purchasing. I'm happy with it (mostly), but there are a few things that surprise me that it wasn't designed better. Pros: Beautiful lines, soft leather, it's a kind of upscale casual boho. Sufficient pockets. Appears to be well constructed. Fits a lot and has room for my larger sunglass case as well as my full size wallet with room to cut out (but not tons). Cons: like a standard (actually, it doesn't stand out in anything, but it's not terrible). The back pocket is a little low so if I'm wearing it and need to get something, I almost feel like I have to reach under my bag to get it. The strap is short for crossbody. I have it full length and it still sits higher than I'm used to. When full, it may look a bit lumpy. Also, the fabric under the strap is rough enough to snag on the fabric. Not enough to damage them, but enough that you can't easily move the strap to adjust the bag's position on your shoulder. but i wish some things were better for the price.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say
