Protects the phone on one side only - great customer service! They sent me another version of

Edit: Although this bracelet wasn't what I was looking for at first, the company was very kind to send me another version, an IP 7 -Armband that covers the phone securely on both sides and has a protective transparent cover so the touchscreen can be used and easily lifted to see the phone. Excellent customer service! They are happy to help with anything. Original Rating: I think this group could be great for a runner, but as a dance teacher I didn't want that. The case only has a body on one side (bottom) to hold the phone. I was hoping to find a bracelet to wear my phone in while I'm learning to dance so I don't have to run across the room every time I want to change the music. The transparent lid works great with the touchscreen and you can still press the home button. However, I have two complaints. First, the velcro on the bandage isn't as strong as I thought it would be. I also think the velcro should be lengthened to fit smaller hands. Second, there really should be a zipper or something at the top. I need to be able to read the class music selection to choose a song - I don't just play the list all the time. So I have to put the phone in upside down. This makes it difficult to press the home button. When I try to turn the bracelet upside down, there is a hole at the bottom that my phone falls out of. Do you see what the problem is? We do so much movement in dance class that I'm afraid my phone will fall out without an extra case. I even tried sewing in a zipper but there wasn't enough fabric on one side to attach securely.
