Just throw the money in the trash.
This really is the biggest junk I've ever bought. It wouldn't unlock at first when I got it and when I finally unlocked it I found out why it was pre-bent/deformed at the factory. This basically eliminated the twist function as now you can't lock the knob to twist the wire. Don't waste money. I only had to twist small sections, so twisting by hand with pliers worked for me, but I'll probably throw it in the trash after that.
