The customer service is very good and they have great support for their clients. They are also very responsive to our questions when we need help with something. We are using them as a managed web host for our website. They provide us with excellent customer service and technical support. Nothing! I haven't found anything that I dislike about this company. There isn't much that I can say negatively about them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a managed web host. We were looking for a managed web host that was reliable and had great customer service. Orange Geek has been able to meet all of our needs so far.
