Tech support is very ignorant, can't install, resends

I couldn't use the app to connect my Telo Air to my Wi-Fi network. I called tech support and the person I spoke to didn't even know what Telo Air was. Little did he know there was an app that would make setup easier. After doing a lot of research on his part, he finally started to understand a bit and then instructed me to set it up by connecting Telo Air to my laptop with an Ethernet cable. I explained several times that my laptop didn't have an ethernet port, which he didn't seem to understand, and kept telling myself that I should have. I refused and called again the next day. The person I spoke to on the second day also didn't understand what I was trying to explain and ended up telling me that I'm using the wrong setup app and that the correct app was called "Telo Setup" even though I used the app was The download instructions said it was called "Ooma-Setup". While she was still on the phone, I diligently searched for the non-existent "Telo Setup" app. I told her about it and that the only app in the app store was called "Ooma setup". She insisted I was using the wrong app and that was the problem. I asked to speak to her manager and she explained that her manager would give me the same information. I replied that she and I didn't understand each other and that I hoped her boss would understand me better. She hang up. Finally, I called Amazon tech support. This person was quite nice, but also knew nothing about the product. I asked to speak to someone with more technical knowledge of this particular product and after being put on hold for 5 minutes I was told there was no way for me to speak to anyone, who is more familiar with this product. So it's back and I wasted 2 hours of my life installing it.
