I like that it is user friendly for our staff to use in order of creating quotes or requesting changes/revisions without any confusion! The system does not always recognize how much we need when making multiple requests at once (requests can be made individually but then they will all have separate totals which messes up if you are adding them together as one total).
It also doesn't help with sending out invoices after getting approved by users - too many steps involved compared ti other software options such has Ariba where everything happens right from approval through invoice send-out!! Make sure this works well within your organization's needs before committing so there aren’t surprises down road.
