I like how easy it is to use with my team as we need IT support often & this helps us find out what devices aren't being managed! Sometimes its slow but they seem very busy right now so maybe things will get better soon? Not really sure if there's anything else i would dislike about cloudaware since everything works fine for me atm lol (maybe nothing). However you should check them over because sometimes their costs do go higher than expected which could be annoying considering most of our clients only pay upfront before implementation - however in turn all other staff benefits such an increased availability etc make more sense!! The ability to see what is happening in my server without having to go into it each time. It's easy for me to access any problems I may be experiencing with my cloud services. It would be nice if there was an option to only show issues/problems when they occur instead of being alerted every day about new problems. This helps keep things organized so that i don't need to look back through emails looking for information about past incidents.
