At first I thought this bag was very nice and I enjoyed using it. Most interior pockets were small and didn't hold much, but there were two exterior pockets that could hold hand lotion and hand sanitizer. My keys and phone got easily lost among my other stuff in my bag and I felt like I kept losing my lip gloss in there. Keep a very small shoulder bag in the trunk for when I need to run a quick errand on the way home. I only used this bag on weekends and breaks (winter break, spring break and part of the summer break) to keep lip gloss, hand sanitizer and hand lotion in it so I never had to worry about transporting those essentials between bags. I received the bag in December, just before winter break, and the ties on the straps started peeling in early June, about a week after summer break. I ended up taking it all out and going back to my old Vera Bradley Sling Bag in late June. When I took the stuff out of my bag, I found that the lining had tears in several places, so I found six lip glosses and three face masks in the lining. Should have lasted longer anyway considering it was actually only used for 2 months.
