I received this yesterday and there were already two problems with the packaging - 1) the top bamboo layer is already stratified (slightly warped which is typical of bamboo) hence there is a crack and waves in the wood; 2) and one of the inch seams of the pillow is also frayed, causing the pellets/balls to fall out. Also, last night I was sitting on the porch enjoying a social distancing visit with a colleague, so I used my laptop. Oddly enough the painted edge of the board became tacky/tacky as the night got colder - as it's mid-summer (August) I'm curious if the thing will hold up all winter. Well, designs. The cushion is small and flat and doesn't cover the bottom of the board. So if you don't sit closed on your knees, the pillow won't fit - no creative sitting. I really like the plank shape and love the idea of a removable, washable liner. It's not expensive so I'll use it until it breaks and then make my own with better materials. But if you don't have the time or skills to make your own and want to buy something that just works and lasts a long time, this product isn't for you.
