Review on Reebok Lifter Cross Trainer: White Men's Athletic Shoes - The Ultimate Performance Footwear by Evan Calvert

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice upgrade to a good shoe

These are a little different than regular Reeboks, I normally have a 12 but for these I have a 11.5. The shoes themselves are good. They are comfortable and stable for lifting weights. They're nice and flat and feel great under load. They look very planted, if you will. Also note that these are general purpose climbing shoes and not specifically "squat shoes". Squat shoes tend to have a much higher heel, they're better for all-around lifting, and they're great for that. These shoes are not magic. Your squat count won't skyrocket because of this. However, they are very cute. Assuming you have a quality running shoe that's decently stiff (underarmor is fine), you'll feel a slight improvement and more confidence in your footing. If you prefer softer shoes like running shoes these are a really good upgrade. They certainly offer more stability compared to cartridges.
