Wheels fell off the first one. Yes, they were loose and soon started popping out, but this was a very different brush head replacement from a different company. These wheels appear to be more durable, and the smaller wheels inside the cone are also larger, although they will snag on pet hair. In the package was a hose adapter in case you had a different size hose and a small brush which I have no idea about. So far it meets my expectations. I use it on hardwood floors mainly for cleaning cat litter.
