You've all heard a lot of jokes about "screwing in a light bulb" so here goes. To install this unit all I had to do was screw it in. you know, like a light bulb! Yes, it was just that easy. I had a industrial type light fixture in my garage/workshop and I wasn't sure if this would fit inside the reflector, but it sure did and I now have the kind of light I have needed for years, but never got the right light before. I would just put in a brighter light bulb, but that never gave me the light I needed. I would use other small clamp on light holders to brighten up my work space, but it was such a hassle. Just like "screwing in a light bulb", this made all the difference.Anywhere you need bright daylight (color temperature is 6000K) like illumination, this works great. I got the "Screw In E27 bulb base" type, but they also have a unit that you can hang from a chain or hook that comes with a cord and switch, so you don't need to have a light fixture to screw it into, just plug it in and hang it up. Either way, this light is definitely a good value at $18.50 per unit, although I received this light at no cost to evaluate, I would have bought it anyway to use in my garage/workshop if I had known about it, but I don't think it was available until fairly recently.
