Can be a great brace

My thumb osteoarthritis was so painful I came across a good brace that sounded like it would really help but was quite expensive. I was thrilled when I came across this product that looked similar but at a much better price. I liked it when I first got it and really liked that it came with a fabric thumb sleeve and an extra Velcro spare (being able to replace the Velcro was an issue). a huge plus!) It felt great and helped with the pain when putting it on, but... Unfortunately, after just a day of wear (light tasks only) the blue rubber started to separate from the gray plastic. When I tried to wear it again it fell apart even more :(. I'm not sure if I caught a broken one or if it happens to everyone (although it seems to be a very common problem). So... if it doesn't come separately (or who knows how to prevent/fix that) that would be awesome Hopefully this gets fixed and it still has a case and spare velcro (I'll try again after that).

Pros

Suitable for most people: This thumb brace is used in osteoarthritis of the first CMC joint, instability of the first CMC joint, rhizarthrosis, first CMC joint replacement and post-operative treatment of the first CMC joint. Easy to put on and take off, it can be worn at work, entertainment and leisure. You can even wear it under a glove and in the water.
