The Misono Molybdenum Paring Knife 3 1 is an impressive addition to my Home and Kitchen arsenal. According to my experience, it is perfect for delicate tasks such as peeling fruit, and its sharpness is unparalleled. The handle design is comfortable and allows for a firm grip. The only downside is its price, but considering the quality of the knife, I believe it is worth the investment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. .
