The best thing about this software was its user friendly interface which helped me in managing my business effectively without any hassle. I had no issues while using it as everything worked smoothly for me. Also, there were many customization options available which allowed me to use them according to my needs. It would be great if they could provide some additional plugins or add-ons so that we can have better integration of other third party applications such as Salesforce etc. This has been one of our most effective systems for customer service. We are able to track all incoming calls from customers and also keep records of their feedbacks.
