I can definitely say I wouldn't trust a mouse for travel and as others have said DO NOT lose the key because then you can't change it and nothing will work. For most people, this isn't the most economical solution in terms of ergonomics or portability. However, my situation is very special and so far I haven't had any problems. I needed a keyboard, mouse and numeric keypad that were ergonomic and compatible with Windows 10 out of the box. My new job requires strict security measures, so I can't download third-party drivers. I don't travel with this setup; This is for my work laptop which is connected to 2 external monitors and stays on my desk. I have several rechargeable AA and AAA batteries, so don't worry if the mouse eats energy like candy. For me, this is the perfect fix for carpal tunnels in both wrists and 8 hour desk work in a remote work environment. Since all three accessories are connected via a USB receiver, I don't have to fiddle with extra cables.
