Installed on a hot rod, open car with a noisy V8. The indicators on the dashboard are not very bright, hardly noticeable during the day. Between the sounds of the engine and the road, my turn signal often flashed as I drove down the street; Steering wheel action wasn't enough to cancel it. This turn signal beeps loud enough so I always know when my turn signal is flashing. I removed the black rubber piece in the photo before installation - it's probably for the motorcycle mount; this appears to provide vibration isolation.
