good. My 1 star rating for the temperature control is based on the placement of the standard thermostat and use of the machine. Don't fail to understand my review. If you dry beef and poultry, after modifications this is the best machine on the market. He reaches 175 and runs calmly. Customer service is inferior to a nun. I informed them that the machine did not reach the specified temperature and the technician and service person solved my problem. When they couldn't fix the problem, they sent me a new car for free. You will send in the parts when you are able to complete the repair. I'm reviewing this machine ONLY because I've modified it. The company supports their product 100%. Don't worry about the customer service, it's second to none. If you prepare beef and poultry, don't miss this machine. Simply drill out the thermostat and attach it to the back of the car. Simple solution. 10 out of 5 stars. If you're drying something else, don't change it. Perfect. This machine only needs temperature control upgrade. They have customer service, but if you're a jerky guy, you need to change. That's easy. Look inside and drill out the rivet. Install in the plastic backing and you're done. i love this car
