Updates: It's been almost a year and I've used this device less than 10 times and it no longer works . Leave the meat for 9 hours, not drying at all. Let it run for 9 hours, same result. Unfortunately, the one-year warranty expires in a few days. ****** It was something between 9 Excaliber trays and a Magic Mill. The best customer service. Sluggish users should switch

good. My 1 star rating for the temperature control is based on the placement of the standard thermostat and use of the machine. Don't fail to understand my review. If you dry beef and poultry, after modifications this is the best machine on the market. He reaches 175 and runs calmly. Customer service is inferior to a nun. Great quality, easy to use, great product

I've researched dehydrators for years and finally settled on this one, mainly because it's all stainless steel and 10 bowls. I use it to make dog treats, maybe one day I'll use it to make human treats. So far I've dehydrated turkey heart, beef kidney, roast beef, hot dogs, and chicken. I don't dry them fully and prefer a leatherier texture than hard or crunchy ones (risk of choking if not swallowed properly).
